Terms of Service

By accessing or using Cirqo ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 17 years old to use Cirqo. Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be terminated immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately at legal@cirqo.cc if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Cirqo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content to operate the Service.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal content, including CSAM (reported to NCMEC and law enforcement).
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post spam, phishing links, or malware.
• Impersonate other people or entities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use automated bots to create accounts or generate content without permission.
• Post content infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
• Post NSFW content outside designated 18+ Realms.

Karma is earned through genuine participation and cannot be purchased. Karma scores are at Cirqo's sole discretion.

Realm owners and moderators are responsible for content within their realms. Cirqo reserves the right to remove any realm that violates these Terms.

Cirqo Plus is a recurring subscription managed by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google Play (mobile). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Cirqo and its logo, design, and code are owned by Cirqo and protected by intellectual property law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirqo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days notice via email.
